The deal
Pip is a free app for keeping a personal record of your tarot practice. Use it for anything lawful and personal. There's no account to create, so there's nothing to terminate — delete the app and we part as friends.
Your journal is yours — and your responsibility
Pip stores everything locally on your device and offers an export. Back up your device the way you normally do; if the device goes, the journal goes with it unless you've exported or backed up.
Not advice
Pip is a journal, not an oracle. The keyword reference reflects traditional card meanings and is provided for personal reflection — it is not medical, legal, financial, or life advice, and no outcome is promised or implied.
The artwork
The Rider–Waite–Smith card images in Pip were illustrated by Pamela Colman Smith and published in 1909; they are reproduced from public-domain sources. Named third-party decks you add by hand are stored as text you typed — Pip ships no artwork for them.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moses Smith is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Tips
The tip jar is a voluntary in-app purchase processed by Apple under Apple's own terms. Tips are gratuities: they unlock nothing, and they're non-refundable except as Apple's policies provide.
App Store
Pip is distributed through Apple's App Store, and your use is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
